a) How do I Login?
- Click on 'LOGIN'
- Enter your mobile number.
- Enter your current location
- Verify the OTP sent to your mobile no and login.
b) How to use the App?
- Need to install the app from google play store.
- Activate your account from your nearest clinic with 10 preload booking .
- Book your appointment and your preload booking count will reduce gradually on after another .
c) How do I find an appointment?
- Select a city from the dropdown menu.
- Search for the doctor by clinic name / doctor name / specialization / locality.
- Find the doctor in the search results.
- Click on BOOK.
- Select an available date and time to visit the doctor.
- Confirm the appointment booking.
d) Can I book more than 1 appointment at a time?
Yes you can book appointments for multiple doctors and generate multiple booking ID.
e) Do I need to Book every time I visit my doctor?
Yes.
f) How do I make payment to the doctor?
When you book a doctor we navigate you to the payment option where you can pay both offline or online .
g) Can I Book for others from my login id ?
Yes
h) Can I cancel my booking at any time?
You can only cancel your booking 4hrs prior to your appointment .
i) Is there a Cancellation Policy.
Yes,
As per the cancellation policy if you cancel a particular booking 8 hours prior to the appointment no cancellation would be charged. However,
- if a client cancel a particular booking after 8hours prior to the appointment he/she would be penalised with deduction of 2 extra bookings from his account along with the booking that he/she had cancelled. Which means there will be a deduction of 3 preloaded bookings in total from his account.
- If a client cancel booking consecutively for three times after 8hours prior to the appointment then His/Her account will be disabled automatically.
j) How do I reactivate my disabled account.
